Where are you stuck?

🌀 Quiet Drift

“Do I confront them or stay quiet?”

“Should I forgive their huge mistake if it hurt me so much?”

“How can I trust things won’t go wrong?”

“Should I take the risk or play it safe?”

“Why am I sad if I made the right decision?”

“If I say no, what will be the consequences?”

“Where did things start going wrong?”

“Why can’t I make a change I know I want?”

“What would my life be like without this person?”

Overthinking is an internal debate with an unreliable moderator.

_

Whenever something makes you nervous, your mind starts a nonstop internal debate.

One side works frantically to find an answer, a plan, or an explanation so you can finally relax.

But the moment you settle on a conclusion, the other side steps right back in to poke holes:

Did you consider this? What if you’re wrong? Aren’t you missing something important?

You convince yourself that if you just let the debate run a little longer, that feeling of total certainty will finally show up.

The problem is that after a while, more thinking doesn't create more clarity. It creates confusion, drains your energy, and stalls your momentum.

This happens because the debate is run by an unreliable moderator trapped in their own blind spots: you.

There is a natural limit to what you can understand about your own thinking by yourself.

To break out of an overthinking loop, it helps to have an outside perspective from someone who pays close attention to how you frame this internal debate.

Hearing your thoughts reflected back to you with clarity allows you to see the real decision you need to make.

A Practical Clarity Session is a structured conversation that reveals clear, practical choices previously hidden inside your own mind.

The path from overthinking confusion to practical clarity

Hello. I’m Diego.

My work combines an academic background in Communication and Cultural Studies (Bachelor's Degree) and the Psychology of Communication (Postgraduate Degree) with extensive lived experience adapting to constant change.

Having relocated across 8 different countries for my husband’s work, I know firsthand what it takes to rebuild a life from the ground up, adapt to unfamiliar places and cultures, let go of past routines, and continually navigate changes in relationships.

For over a decade, I've been studying Systems Thinking, Neuroscience, Mindfulness, and Narrative Theory.

This experience led me to develop skills such as how to identify patterns, listen for contradictions, challenge unreliable assumptions, reconcile competing values, and find the deeper questions hiding underneath the superficial ones.

Is this therapy or coaching?

No. I believe therapy and coaching are great tools for specific situations.

But sometimes, all we need to get unstuck is talking with a perceptive person who can deeply listen and offer an objective, fresh perspective.

After offering Practical Clarity sessions to friends and achieving meaningful results, I’ve decided to share my approach with more people.

If these ideas resonate, I would love to connect and see how I can help you.
